As part of my ongoing journey as a photographer, I made the decision quite some time ago that I was going to continue learning, growing and stretching myself. Not just for myself but for my clients. I think I owe it to myself and them to never stop learning! As part of that endeavor, I have begun taking some workshops and courses to refine my photography and open my eyes to things I never thought about. These are a few images from an assignment we had. Since a lot of my work surrounds child photography, I chose to have my son be my model for the day. Of course, I had to bribe him but he only charged me $1.00! HA! Anyway, here are a few shots. These were taken in my backyard and I will tell you that you can do a LOT with very little when you take a step back and really observe your environment. My yard doesn’t look this woodsy in person.
